All is not well for the nine children who lost their parents in multiple collision near palladam on june 22 sine they are at the mercy of service minded people for survival.
It may be recalled that a 16- member family led by N.Rahmatullah from kovai N.H.Road,was travelling in a Tempo Traveller van to keeranur,near palani in connection with a marriage alliance,while the van was nearing palladam ,it rammed against a sand ladenlorry coming fron the opposite direction, under the impact of the collosion, the lorry hit two other cars killing 12 persons on the spot while one succumbed to injuries at the coimbatore Medical College Hospital.
Those who were travelling in the van and met with their end were members of four families --Rahmatullah,his wife Tajunissa and mother Rajabunissa, A Rahmatullah,his wife Fathima Beevi and son Ashik Ali,Mohamed Hassan Gani, and wife Shahida Begum, Mohamed Meeran Mohideen and wife Sahira banu,

N Rahmathullah "s three daughters Hassina Begum , 17, Sabeena Begum ,15, and Mubina Begum,13, werw yet to come out of the shock, Hasine Begum for whom the family membershad gone for fixing the date of marriage is still in a sober mood unable to bear the loss of her பறேன்த்ஸ்
.Speaking to Express, Dharussalam Sunnath Jamath Masjid and Madrassa president Abdul Gaffoor said all the male members who were killed in the accident were eking out a living on a meagre income which was just hand-to-mouth, Except for Hasina Begum,the other eight children were pursuing their studies both at school and college.

the five who were under treament in different private hospitals.Thanks to the gesture of district collector P Umanath and Rural Industries Minister Pongalur palanichamy,theywere discharged form the hospitals.
However, Nilafarunnissa, who was seriously injured, is under treatment which is likely to cost around Rs 5 lakh.' he said adding thet they had no other alternative but to mobilise funds for her treatment and for taking care of the orphaned children .
In his connection , he said they had created the " Palladam Accident Family Relief Fund " jointly with Naha Muhallah Dakni Ahley Sunnath Jamath,Tamilnadu Towheed Jamath(TNTJ), Tamilnadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam(TMMK), and Charitable Trust for Minorities(CTM),
He said on appeal was read out in all mosques in coimbatore city during the jummah (Friday)preyers. At Masjid-e-Noor Ahly Sunnath Val Jamath mosque at Ramanathapuram led by its president Haji Abdul Salam collected at different mosques in the city exclusively for the orphaned children.
